Everybody wants to hear my views?
Below are the results of my quiz, "Which Christian Theologian Are You?" These quizzes can be somewhat accurate on occasion. For others, they can be dreadfully off. To everyone that knows me (especially knows of Augustine) tell me if you agree with my quiz results.

You are Augustine! You love to study tough issues and don't mind it if you lose sleep over them. Everyone loves you and wants to talk to you and hear your views, you even get things like "nice debating with you." Yep, you are super smart, even if you are still trying to figure it all out. You're also very honest, something people admire, even when you do stupid things.
I'm not living up to such a distinction. I am a little bothered by "Everyone loves you and wants to talk to you and hear your views, you even get things like "nice debating with you." While it's arguable this was not the case with Augustine, this isn't my point. What I mean is, if I'm doing what it is I'm called to do-proclaim the gospel, then I should have a lot of people hating me, and many more not loving me, and especially not wanting to hear my views! My views are what this world hates most.
For example, Vincent Cheung shares his views in a demonstration of the "Professional Moron" in a recent post entitled, "Lobsters and Homosexuals." I unequivically, completely, and absolutely agree with him. Why? Becasue he is clearly affirming what the Bible teaches. Note, the PH.D of this laughable "Doctor" as his subject.
So, unbeliever, if after reading his 15-page booklet "Professional Morons," you come tell me you want to hear more of my views, well praise God becasue it would only be by His leading!

I disagree with this part as well. It seems that aside from fellow believers, everyone I have seen you "share" your opinion with, has gotten offended and mad. And I'm glad they have, because that means that they are in no means mistaking you for someone who is "religious", but instead seeing you as a faithful follower of Christ.
John 15:18-
18 “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. 19 If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.20 Remember the word that I said to you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours. 21 But all these things they will do to you on account of my name, because they do not know him who sent me."
I'm proud of you and thankful to the One we serve that He has chosen me to go on this journey with you. I am so blessed to be married to a man with such integrity and character. I believe with all of my heart that Christ has called you to something big, and this is ony the begining. Rejoice for their(the worlds) hatred of you, it means that you are serving Him well :)

Well, I have a lot of problems with Mr. Cheung's post, one I will discuss the rest I wont.
If you are a moron without Christ, then after you come to Christ all of a sudden you're smart? I know I'm taking this at face value but it seems that is how Mr. Cheung is dishing it out. I'm sure at face value you can see the problem here. There are, as you know, stupid people everywhere and yes, Christians are not immune. I've met my share. Dont misread me here, I'm not saying all Christians are dumb, not by a long shot. Some of the smartest people I know are down with the C-man. You dig?
Cheung's premise isn't that an unbeliever can't be intellectually astute. Of course they can. You can be an unbelieving intellectual genius. Cheung's booklet "Professional Morons," is referring to "intellectuals" that attempt to use logic and reasoning to refute the source and giver of logic, namely Jesus Christ the "logos." Cheung is not addressing one's intellectual capacity, he's addressing its application.
Let me paint a picture. An intellectual genius, Professor Magog (unbeliever) is arguing with average intelligence John (believer) about the Professor’s "logical, scientific," deduction that air [God] doesn't exist and is just a figment of a wishful mind's imagination. All the while, you see, the professor is breathing in air, using air, feeling the air, and at the same time arguing against its very existence!
The Professor becomes a "Professional Moron." Extremely intelligent but is a moron because he argues against God. Without whom there is no basis for logic, morality or reason in the first place.
As the Bible declares, In Psalm 14:1;
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”
They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds,
there is none who does good. (emphasis mine)
Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the Apostle Paul (an intellectual genius) writes this after his conversion to Christ:
Where is the one who is wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe. For Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. (emphasis mine)
