Proverbs 16:4

ESV: The Lord has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble.

KJV: The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

NASB: The LORD has made everything for its own purpose, Even the wicked for the day of evil.

Something to think about when you hear a certain person say, "This is how God made me."

He most certainly did.

So yes, homosexuals are included with this statement. Remaining unrepentant unto death will show themselves to be under God's wrath - vessels fitted for destruction.
